    In the mid-90s Sir John Templeton told me that the individual who says “This time is different, when in fact it’s virtually a repeat of an earlier situation, has uttered the four most costly words in the English language.” That was over 25 years ago, and even though many of Mr. Templeton’s sentiments remain true today, could it be that this time is different?
