    Chip graduated from the University of Oregon and began his career as a sales rep for Jantzen Sportswear. After four years and two promotions, he was let go after a company buyout. Serendipity was in play, and he responded to a classified ad and went to work with the world-renowned self-help superstar Tony Robbins for almost 6 years. He was Sales Leader of the Year each year on the road. He hired, trained, and led sales teams around the U.S. and became Robbins’ international point man, planting the flag for Tony in Australia and the UK.
